VISTA VIEW ROAR

We understand that students learn best when they are in a safe and supportive environment. Through our ROAR (Respectful, On Task, Achieving, Responsible) program, we are ensuring students understand the high expectations we have for them both in their studies and in their social interactions. Being clear and consistent about these expectations, with students and families, along with encouraging positive behavior, has a tremendous benefit for our entire school community.

community Partnership

Vista View is fortunate to have a unique partnership with the Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge. That partnership provides opportunities for students to learn about nature from experts and then explore nature themselves through excursions to the nearby refuge.

Instructional technology

Vista View has invested in technology that supports achievement for our students. Students in K-5 are given their own Chromebook that is used in a variety of ways to support learning and communication. Students, families, and staff use Seesaw, a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share and collaborate.
